Do you ever feel overwhelmed, like anxiety, self-doubt, or depression are keeping you stuck? Maybe you’re constantly second-guessing yourself, struggling to feel “good enough,” or feeling stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns. You are not broken, and you don’t have to navigate this alone. I help adults break free from the weight of anxiety and depression —whether from childhood wounds, environmental stress, or relationship challenges.
I adapt my approach to fit your unique needs, blending multiple approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy or mindfulness, to create a path toward healing that works for you. While I’ll provide you with tools to cope with life’s challenges, our work together is about truly healing and stepping into your strength. This is your time to take up space, set boundaries, and own your worth. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready for real change, let’s connect. I’d love to support you during your growth.
A little about me:
If you’re searching for a therapist who brings the energy of empowerment and hope, look no further! I know how radically life can change by attending therapy, because eight years ago I sought therapy after trying multiple approaches on my own. I tried yoga (I found it incredibly boring….at that time), reading self-help books (they were positive, but how did they help me CHANGE?), and doing therapy on myself (I got a cognitive behavioral therapy workbook from the library…..yeah, that didn’t work for me).
I realized I needed someone trustworthy who could support me, hold me accountable, and provide guidance and hope. After attending therapy, I made some big changes to my life that have impacted who I am today and the life I currently live, including my decision to become a counselor! Therapy provided me with the tools to create space and energy in my life for what’s most important to me. It helped me create boundaries. It helped me to feel calm more often. It helped me to feel more confident. It helped me to loosen my grip on perfectionism. It helped me to grow and continue to expand the vision I have for my future, which includes empowering adults on their own journey to wellness.
I am passionate about supporting you during your own transformation by providing a safe space, tools, and value driven conversations that help you become who you want to be.
