About me:

I’m here to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental, and supportive environment where we can work together to address the challenges you’re facing. Whether you’re a teen, or a parent navigating adolescence.

Your well-being is my priority, and I am here to support you every step of the way. If you’re ready to start this journey, I’m here to walk alongside you, offering guidance and encouragement as you move towards a place of greater understanding and growth.

I began my journey after making a personal decisin to support others the way I was supported at a young age. I attended UCF and did my undergraduate and graduate studies in Social Work. I’ve spent the last ten years in public and private health, providing support to families navigating the challenges they face.

I aim to provide the kind of compassion and care I was provided as a child and teen by the therapists that attempted to help me navigate my autism and ADHD. I attribute my resilience to those who showed me that I could do whatever it takes to overcome my own mental roadblocks. As a mother of an autistic child as well, I have unique experience balancing life as well as my own parenting expectations. Whether you are a teen trying to connect with your peers, or a parent navigating the storm that is family life.

I strive to walk alongside you in this journey. My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, resilience, and empowerment. I am passionate about helping individuals and families navigate complex challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I follow the motto of ” When you’ve met one kid, you’ve met one kid.” I believe firmly that every person is unique and requires a tailored experience when it comes to overcoming challenges. I will always look to meet people where they are in order to get them where they are going.
