(Ages: teens, young adults, adults)

Marleigh Fallon works with people who are holding it together on the outside — and exhausted by it. Her clients are often highfunctioning, capable, and quietly overwhelmed: adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, and the pressure of functioning well while feeling anything but.

Many of the people who seek Marleigh’s support are thoughtful, capable, and outwardly successful. They may look successful in school, work, or relationships while privately feeling exhausted by overthinking, selfdoubt, mental loops, or the constant pressure to get everything “right.

Clients often come to therapy when they find themselves:

  • constantly overthinking or worrying about the future
  • feeling pressure to do everything perfectly
  • stuck in cycles of avoidance, reassurance-seeking, or mental loops
  • struggling with control around food, routines, or productivity
  • experiencing intrusive thoughts that feel distressing or confusing
  • feeling mentally exhausted despite appearing successful in school, work, or relationships

Marleigh also works with individuals whose anxiety overlaps with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), eating disorders, ADHD, or other neurodivergent patterns that often interact with perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty tolerating uncertainty.

For younger clients, she collaborates with parents when appropriate and incorporates Family-Based Treatment (FBT) when supporting adolescents experiencing eating disorders.

What Therapy With Marleigh Is Like

Therapy with Marleigh tends to feel steady, collaborative, and downtoearth, with an emphasis on feeling understood rather than judged. She knows most people have already been trying very hard to manage their anxiety, so she works with clients rather than on them.

In session, Marleigh helps clients understand how anxiety shows up in the brain and body, while also paying attention to what it feels like in the moment. Her style is thoughtful, direct, and warm, with room for curiosity and gentle humor when it fits.

Over time, many people notice they are spending less time stuck in overthinking or reassuranceseeking and feel more able to handle uncertainty without shutting down or spiraling. They may see more flexibility around routines and expectations, a quieter inner critic, and a stronger sense of selftrust, even when life is still stressful.

The goal is not to eliminate anxiety completely, but to help clients feel more capable and in control of how they respond when it shows up.

Clinical Approach

Marleigh’s primary clinical focus is the treatment of anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive patterns across the lifespan, including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic-related symptoms, intrusive thoughts, and OCD-related behaviors.

She also frequently works with individuals experiencing eating disorders, anxiety-related disordered eating, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, depression, burnout, and stress related to major life transitions.

Marleigh uses evidence-based approaches including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)
  • Exposure-based interventions, including principles of Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Family-Based Treatment (FBT) when working with adolescents and eating disorders

When clinically appropriate, she helps clients identify when a higher level of care or additional treatment resources may be needed.

Beyond the Clinical: Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk and talk therapy is an innovative therapeutic approach that takes the clinical work out of the office chair and out into the world.

Movement and a changing landscape do something measurable to the nervous system that makes the clinical work more accessible, particularly for clients managing sensory overwhelm, trauma, avoidance, or the exhaustion of masking in traditional settings.

Marleigh offers two formats.

  • Virtual walk and talk therapy — available throughout Florida
  • In-person walk and talk therapy — available to clients in Melbourne and Merritt Island, Florida

Identity & Perspective

Marleigh brings an authentic, collaborative, and genuinely caring approach to therapy.

As a neurodivergent clinician managing ADHD and anxiety, she has also known what it is like to sit in the client chair, which helps her approach this work with grounded empathy rather than judgment.

This perspective means she shows up empathy and realism. Many clients appreciate working with someone who understands both the clinical side of anxiety and the lived experience of navigating it.
