I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both Texas & Florida who works with individuals, couples, and families seeking deeper understanding and meaningful change. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic and psychoanalytic principles, with a focus on insight—helping clients explore the layers of their experiences to uncover patterns, emotions, and truths that shape their lives. With a background in wellness, history, and philosophy, I view therapy as a space where heart, body, and mind are interconnected and where growth emerges from self-discovery. Whether guiding couples through relationship challenges or supporting individuals through personal transitions, I bring curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for the human experience.
Professional Background
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Marriage & Family Therapy at Texas Woman’s University, where my research examines the relational and existential dimensions of grief. My academic background also includes master’s degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and History, both earned summa cum laude, as well as a bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman’s University. Additional studies in philosophy further inform my understanding of the human experience. With experience spanning private practice, academia, and large clinical settings, I bring compassion, depth, and flexibility to supporting individuals, couples, and families in their unique journeys.
