Hi, I’m Allison. I’m a Life Coach who works with adults, women and couples who have ongoing challenges with relationships, depression and anxiety, stress management, life transitions, communication and bonding. My goal is to help you prevent burnout, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety and stress and start helping you to make progress towards your goals, guiding you to where anxiety feels manageable again, empowering you to make big changes in life.
My Journey to Becoming A Life Coach
I’m no different from the clients I see. Like everyone else, I’m human. I’ve been through both wonderful and difficult experiences that have shaped who I am and how I help. It’s difficult transitioning into adulthood, especially when anxiety and stress overshadow the process. Counseling helped me find my sense of self and discover what direction I wanted my life to take. If your looking to improve your sense of self-worth, manage anxiety or just navigating the road to your true self, I’m happy to help!
Helping People Is A Gift To Others, But Also Myself
I graduated in 2021 with a master’s degree is clinical mental health counseling and decided that life coaching provided more opportunity to help more people. I love helping people feel confident to make changes to transform their lives and seeing them reach their full potential in life and be confident and comfortable in who they are. The most rewarding thing about being a life coach is teaching people the skills to navigate life’s challenges with resilience, assertiveness and hope. I am committed to helping you to make progress towards your goals, guiding you to where anxiety feels manageable again, and empowering you to make big changes in life.

Our Virtual Sessions Are Focused on You
Sessions will provide you with the space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals. In feeling safe and comfortable, you’ll be able to gain clarity and explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals.
It’s important to me to provide a non-judgmental space where you can be yourself and focus on setting goals and working on reaching them together. There isn’t a “one size fits all” approach to Life Coaching. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.

My Professional Background
I completed my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Central Florida..I combine the warmth of a person-centered approach with understanding thoughts and beliefs behind behaviors and mindfulness/meditation practices to help you address anxiety, stress management, self-image and worth, and the challenges life throws at us sometimes. Sometimes, in order to figure out who we are, we need to understand who we are not first. I truly believe our perception of ourselves and our lives can be adjusted to help us reach our full potential and ultimately transform our quality of life.
